Individual Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 (19 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Directions
Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add whipping cream and vanilla extract beat until fluffy and thick. Put into piping bag and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Press graham cracker crust into bottom of individual containers and pipe cheesecake filling into individual containers. Spoon cherry pie filling on top. Chill at least 3 hours.
Cooking Tips
These can be made days ahead. Either pipe into the containers and refrigerate or leave on piping bag until ready to finish. Let the cream cheese mixture soften a bit before use if you leave it in the piping bag.
